Please be aware that although there are few rules, they WILL be enforced 100% with no exceptions!! The final decision on all rules will be the responsibility of the Tournament Chairman. The
biggest rule change this year is that although you may still launch from any
location, you must check in at a designated location on the water BEFORE each
tournament~~~ 1.
Entrants must be a current, paid up member of the Downriver Walleye
Federation. Fees are $15 per Angler
& $5 Big Fish

A numbered placard will be issued by a member(s) of the DWF tournament
committee at the predetermined location, which 3.
Tournament entries will close at 5p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled
tournament. 4. Contestants are required to abide by
all U.S. and Canadian Coast Guard, DNR/MNR rules/regulations. 5.
Teams will be allowed to weigh a total of 5 walleyes/sauger/saugeye per
team and winners will be determined by total weight.
Example - $100 total purse

In the event of a tie in weight, the teams will split the 1st
& 2nd place prize equally. The

Winners must pick up their prize money at a DWF General Meeting within 6

alcoholic beverages or illegal substances may be consumed or in the possession
of any contestant or guest during any D.W.F. 11.
