Deep Fried Fish Balls

Cooking Oil
2 cups Fish (any kind of fish can be used; fresh or canned salmon &
suckers, boiled carp or sheephead. This is a great way to use the
fish that most people if they catch, throw away.)
1 large onion chopped fine
1 cup of crushed crackers
2 eggs
dash of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, firmly form into 1 1/2" balls, deep
fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve with tarter sauce or catsup.
My kids also like them as a cold snack.
