Oven Baked Steelhead

Milk
1 tbs. salt per cup of milk
Fish fillets
Fine bread crumbs (I like finely rolled Corn flakes, but you can use
whatever you prefer)
Soak fillets for a short time in salted milk.
Roll in bread crumbs and lay on a well oiled baking pan and bake at
500 degrees for
about 10 minutes per inch of fillet thickness.
Note: Additional seasonings can be added to
the bread crumbs, but I prefer the delicate flavor of the fish itself.
