Baked Walleye Fillets

1 lb. Walleye Fillets
1 cup (8 oz,) sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place fish in a greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. In a small bowl,
combine the sour cream, parmesan cheese. lemon juice, onion and sal; spread over
fish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until
fish flakes easily with a fork
