Patty's Walleye Bake
2 lb. Walleye fillets Rinse fillets and pat dry. Place 1/2 of the green
onions on the bottom of a 2 qt glass baking dish and place fillets on top. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese and spread on top of onions and fillets. Bale at 400 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes (depending on thickness of fillets) until the fish flakes easily. Serves 4 to 6---Enjoy!!
