Trudy Madacki Ingredients: Preparation: Shake
to blend together in bag. Now add your other chosen ingredients and seal, shake
a little more so everything is
blended together well. Remember to squeeze out all
the air when sealing! Now place
the sealed bag with everything in it into a pot of rolling, boiling water for 13
minutes. NOTE; you can put 6 or 8 bags in a large pot. Now remove
from pot and open bag carefully. Then just roll the omelet out of the bag and
onto your plate.
