D’jon Mustard Glazed Walleye Fillets Ingredients: 4- 6 to 8 oz. Walleye fillets W/without skins. Prepare: Mix - mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, egg yoke, cream and Dijon
mustard in a bowl. (makes glaze). Bake on top rack at 450* for 8 to 10 minutes. Goes well, over rice pilaf. Enjoy!!! |
