Walleye fillets Prepare:
Cut Fillets into bite size pieces. In a small skillet,
sauté salt pork and onion until golden. Then drain and put into Crock Pot with
fish.
Add all remaining ingredients, except for half & half. Cover and cook
on high 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Add half & half during
the last hour of cooking time. Serve
in large bowls with French Bread. Enjoy!! NOTE
You can use evaporated
milk in place of half & half.
