Beer Batter for chicken or walleye

Ingredients-
3 Tbs melted butter
¼c corn starch
¼c beer
¼c flour
1 Egg
salt and pepper to tast

Mix beer, butter, beaten egg yolk.
Add flour, corn starch and satl and pepper.
Beat egg whites until peaks form and add to mixture.
Use as batter for frying fish or chicken.
