Fihing License Info

For those of you who would like to make last minute plans to fish in Ohio waters but don't have an Ohio license, You can now purchase your Ohio Hunting or Fishing license on the internet (daily or seasonal) 24 hours a day and actually print it out from you computer. This is a great feature for those of us who get a chance at the last minute to fish Ohio waters.

Just go to www.dnr.state.oh.us/wildlife/fishing/ and click on the BUY License and permit button on the upper left side of the page. You can also do the same for Michigan Licenses at www.mdnr-elicense.com/ Now, if Canada would join the 20th century.........

Michigan License (Resident)
1 day (Good for all species for a designated 24-hour period) $7 Senior $3
Annual Restricted (Good for all species EXCEPT trout and salmon) $15 Senior $6

Canadian Fishing Licenses can now be purchased with a credit card over the phone by calling 1-800-667-1940 or 1-705-755-2001.   You can also send for them by mail at Ministry Of Natural Resources Centre - 300 Water Street, Peterborough, ON. K9J8M5

They can also be purchased at Bottom Line Bait & Tackle (across from Erie Metropark) They go over and pick them up once a week

Also go to www.wallysbait.com . Follow a few easy steps on the website to order your Canadian license with a credit card. The license will be mailed to your address on the next Thursday.
